For Axe, go with a Sickle, Tyrian skin. Same model as Victo's Axe. You can get gold inscribable max dmg from EotN.
For Hammer, go with the tried and true War Hammer. Same skin shared with the Magmas Arm, or the PvP Warhammer. Square head, stylized Lion's Head on either side in the center. Or you could go with the Ball Hammer, the same skin as Victo's Maul.
I'm assuming you'll be using the Bow only to pull mobs, so the stats won't matter, but you will want either a Longbow or Flatbow. I suggest using a Flatbow, as the arrow flight time is longer, giving you a bit more time to set yourself or move after you fire the pulling arrow, but the best look for that armor would probably be a Naga Longbow. It's simple, with the limbs of the bow wrapped in Naga scales. Looks quite nice, the range is the same as a Flatbow (1.6x aggro radius), the arrow flight time is just a tad bit quicker. But to be honest, you shouldn't be firing a pulling shot until you are ready to aggro anyways.
For spear... I don't much like many of the available Spear skins, but I'm thinking that the Brass Spear, the Windblade Spear, and the Unique Hidesplitter's Spear (which is the Draconic Spear set up as you would need it, max Furious, max Fortitude modded) would be best to match your armor. Even though the Draconic Spear is more of a fantasy-based skin, Elite Templar Armor looks like a typical "Knight in Shining Armor", and what kind of Knight would be caught dead without his Dragonslaying Spear shaped like a Dragon?
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Nihilist

When I went looking for weapons I just go to the wiki and open them all up and just select what I like. My person preferences go more towards realistic looking and wieldable weapons. This means that I skip the Torment/Destroyer stuff. I've got two warriors 1 male, 1 female, both using Elite Templar armour
My male warrior doesn't use axes, but he's got a Gothic Sword (req 8, 15^50!), a Runic Sword, and a Gavel of the Nephilim. The hammer I don't really have too much of a preference for it was just dropped in a Deep run so unmoddable and I knew it wasn't likely to sell with a 15% stance so I just used it and it's grown on me. The swords are just great. Nice, simple, clean. Love 'em.
Female warrior uses axes more and she goes with Runic Axe. It's smaller, but it looks like a weapon that could actually be wielded in battle for more then 2 swings and it's wicked looking (wicked as in evil/nasty). Sword is Golden Phoenix Blade. It's a smaller blade which mean it isn't taller then the avatar is. As for the hammer went looking around through the wiki and decided on the greater glyphic maul. It's again, one of the smaller skins, although even the smallest hammers look huge on the female warrior avatar. It also didn't hurt that one of my guildies had a req 9 one and more or less gave it to me for free.
Don't pay too much attention to bows or spears. My rangers are known as Starharp and Stormharp respectively and the first uses Celestial & Zodiac Longbows and the latter goes with a Storm Bow. My paragon uses a Suntouched Spear, although that was a drop, chest drop actually, req 9. Her bow she uses for pulling is an Urgoz Flatbow, another drop, although a nice skin.

Well, the axes I have right now doesn't match Elite Templar, so I'd suggest you to try some axes, but I haven't actually tested them on the specific armor/shield. Anyway, here it is (remember to dye it properly, I'm thinking on white):
Stygian Reaver
Greater Summit Axe (I've tested it with Summit Warlord Shield and Elite Templar in past, it looked great, but that shield is tactics only, maybe it still looks good ith Draconic)
Summit Axe
Spiked Axe
White Reaver
Norn Axe
Mursaat Axe
These last 3 axes fully dye and perhaps can match, but I'd rather the other ones.

YAY! Armor barbie topic! Try out the Draconic axe or the tyrian cleaver, they look pretty stylish. I also think the Heket axe and Avian axe are underrated, they're pretty common and pretty big. I also dig the tribal axe, it's sort of ugly in pics, then you get one, try it on and it's freaking huge.
My second favorite shield is the ebonhand aegis, big fist with spiked knuckles on it just looks badass. My all time favorite is the sun and moon, but it might clash with that armor, it looks better on the lighter looking armor like the glads or vabbian. If you can dye one to match and dont mind a tactics req the enameled looks pretty. There's a green shield with the Summit Warlord skin that has a STR req but it's +30 +1 strength 20%, not the best insc but it is pretty. Also see if you can get a decent Kournan Shield in STR req, I always thought they were underrated and might fit the templar's look.

The green that Hugh Manatee suggests is Reefclaw's Refuge, from Factions.

For a shield, I'd say darkwing defender dyed to match your armor.
For a sword, I'd go with a claymore skinned Long Sword.

If you're still looking for an axe, try out a Serpent Axe(the big tyrian ones). They just look all kinds of classy and are easier to come by since EotN.
